Some Easter info.

Thank you for indicating interest in attending the BCCA (VIC) Easter event in 2011 to be held in Colac, Victoria, from Friday 22nd – Monday 25th April.  The purpose of this Easter Info Bulletin is to let you know the cost for this year’s event; what it includes; and the dates that details and payment are required.

Costs: The costs will be: Adult: $390
Child (2 – 17): $170
Child (<2): $0

What do the costs cover?
Accommodation Friday – Sunday nights inclusive at the Colac MidCity Motor Inn;
All meals:
Cooked breakfast each morning;
Lunches on Saturday & Sunday;
2 course dinner Saturday night;
3 course dinner Sunday night;
Entrance & tour at the Barwon Park Mansion (Sunday lunchtime: lunch included); and
Motorkhana (Saturday, 23 April).

How do I make sure my room’s booked?
By completing the form on the other side of this page and returning it and payment by:
12th February, 2011

Merchandise:
We’re currently investigating merchandise to be available: future Easter Info Bulletins will include further details.

Additional night’s accommodation:
An extra night’s accommodation on 25th April , including breakfast, is available at a special rate to BCCA members and friends of approx $50/adult and $10/child.  If you’re interested, please contact the Colac MidCity Motor Inn directly on: ph (03) 5231 3333 or email: colacmidcity@bigpond.com

FREE EASTER T-SHIRTS!  What’s your size?
We are providing free quality Easter t-shirts to all people who are interested: the sizes come in Small (S); Medium (M); Large (L); extra-Large (XL); and extra, extra-Large (XXL).  Please indicate on the form below what size you are and we’ll arrange the rest.  By way of comparative measuring, Ron McPherson reckons he’s a ‘Medium’ (M)!
